The Committee Members

The Steering committee was elected at the third owners' meeting and its members are:

• Chair: Raoul A. Robinsion (Heritage Fergus Committee)
• Member: James Reed (Owner, 380 Brock Ave.)
• Member: Jeff Bellinger (Owner, 365 Brock Ave.)

Terms of Reference

The terms of reference of the Steering Committee are as follows:

1. To prepare the background report.
2. To prepare the district study.
3. To ensure participation by owners, occupiers and other members of the public.
4. To refer all decisions, recommendations, and activities to the Heritage Fergus Committee for approval; and appropriate action.
5. To accept responsibility for implementation of the plan after its final approval.
6. To make recommmendations concerning renovation, restoration, and mainenance of the District to the owners.
